Apache Cordova for android development on Ubuntu 13.10 x64 and NodeJs 0.10.26-linux-x64

1. Download adt-bundle-linux-x86_64-20131030.zip and extract to
   $HOME/android
2. Set $HOME/android/tools and $HOME/android/platform-tools to $PATH
3. Install ant, if not existing: apt-get install ant
4. Download NodeJs node-v0.10.26-linux-x64.tar.gz and extract to $HOME/node
5. Set $HOME/node/bin to $PATH
6. Install some 32bit libs for cordova:
   - append to /etc/apt/sources.list: deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring main restricted universe multiverse
   - sudo apt-get update
   - sudo apt-get install ia32-libs
7. If you want to use the android emulator
   - Install another lib:
   sudo apt-get install libgl1-mesa-dev
   
   - Create a new virtual android device:
   android create avd -n testandroid -t 1
